 ICETEX established the program of scholarships for foreign citizens in reciprocity ti foreign aid offered to ICETEX. These scholarships are available in Colombia and include the following three modalities: |

Long Courses: For graduate studies or research,at prestigious Colombian Universities for a maximum of one year |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Short courses: co- financed by OAS (organization of American States) ICETEX and academic and research centers in the country, Awadees must come from OAS counties.This program is part of ICETEX horizontal cooperation. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Visiting Professors suppots knowledge transfer by helping to finance foreign teachers or experts invited by universities. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Thousands of foreign nationals, graduate students and professors financed by ICETEX have visited Colombia during the last four decades. |
