This program allows Colombian professionals to carry out graduate studies in Madrid, Spain. Candidates must have an acceptance by a Spanish university located there.

ICETEX subscribed an Agreement with the Complutensian University of Madrid to manage and direct the above mentioned residence, establishing 15 lodging places for women and 5 for men.
