The National Scholarships Commission is an ICETEX adviser organism in charge of doing the pre-selection of applicants for scholarships offered to ICETEX through international cooperation. The members of this Commission are representatives from: National Ministries of Education, Foreign Affairs, COLCIENCIAS, Colombian Agency of International Cooperation (ACCI), Public Function Department and ICETEX.
