ICETEX grants scholarships to carry out master, specialization or research studies at graduate level to foreign students from countries that grant scholarships to Colombian citizens on the basis of existing agreements reciprocity. In the same way, ICETEX allows the participation of international professors in different events organized by Colombian universities. The action lines of this program are: Graduate Studies in Colombia, Professional Development Courses for Foreign Citizens from OAS (Organization of American States) Member Countries, Visiting Professors and Language Assistants.
